Join our in-store Nutritional Health Coach for our FREE nutrition
education program Healthy and Delicious on a Budget.

Step 1 - Build: In the first class, learn how to Build a Healthy Meal that works best for you. Learn foundational nutritional principles rather than formulas.

Step 2 - Budget: In the second class, learn how to not only eat well, but do so on a Budget. We will show you how to budget your money, your time, and even your energy!

Step 3 - Adapt: Maybe you are only cooking for one, or need to accommodate picky kids? Along the way, learn how to Adapt to fit your special lifestyle and dietary needs.
